Get your body moving this morning with yoga. Starting with a gentle warm up and some breathing exercises, we will then move the spine in all its six directions with a flow. Moving through different positions with a focus on the breath. And finishing with relaxation in savasana. A wonderful way to wake up the body and it’s senses, preparing you for the day ahead. Suitable for all abilities and options will be given so you can make the practice your own.
